As Managing Director of Barrymore's, a multi-million dollar revenue children's wear manufacturer, Geoff provided the drive in manufacturing of products produced in China and Asia for distribution to national accounts within Australia and global export markets. Overseeing a staff of 55 people in design, licensing, compliance, logistics, sales and marketing and with offices around

Australia, Hong Kong and Britain, Barrymore's grew to be Australia's largest and preeminent children's clothing manufacturer. Brands marketed include house brands JB Junior, Kip & Co, and brands under license including, Disney, Peter Rabbit and Baby Einstein. Geoff's role as Production Director is overseeing all procurement and supply contracts, production scheduling, logistics, product and infrastructure development and compliance issues.
Andrew Nye    
Director of Business Development    
As Proprietor of Natures Harvest Brands, Andrew has 30 years sales experience with the past 9 years
directly in wine and beverage distribution whilst marketing brands into North America, Europe and Asia.
With a good working knowledge of the international beverage trade, distribution, branding, marketing and sales, Andrew has consulted with Australian wineries and managed in house NHB brands.

Competencies include: market analysis,distribution negotiation, business development, branding and sales management. Andrew's role as Business Development Director gives him responsibility for all sales and marketing activities. This includes market analysis, qualifying and negotiating his distribution partners, marketing strategy, overseeing marketing budgets in achieving sales objectives.
Walter Marcinowski
Brand Director    
25+ years of experience in the
beverage alcohol business including marketing, product ideation, development, packaging, promotions and advertising to brand development and sales. With successful tenures in functional areas of new business development, promotional marketing both on and off premise, account management, new product development, product management, general management and corporate staff.
A self-starter with a proven track
record of profitably growing businesses and brands, building strong cohesive teams, successfully opening and building international markets, launching new products and increasing shareholder value.
Walter has received Global Awards for new product development and launches including Voss Bottled Water, Seagram’s Vodka and Havana Club.He has also grown clients Moet & Chandon / Dom Perignon from 9% of US market to 49% of US market

 

with $200 million in sales and $50 million in profits. He oversaw the promotions and advertising for House of Ruffino from the Fiaschi bottle at pizza restaurants into the new millennium and five-fold growth of the company during their tenure up until the sale to Diageo. Created and launched Voss Bottled Water of Norway from ideation on a beach in the Hamptons in 1998 to US sales of $70 million in 2007. Walter also oversaw newly organized Pernod Ricard which had just incorporated brands from Seagram’s and Allied Domecq. Due to the merger there were no advertising campaigns that year. Promotions only programs resulted in 9% organic growth for Pernod Ricard USA. Walter currently consults to such companies as Diageo, Pernod Ricard and SWS.
Walter's role is in helping us facilitate our three tier strategy into the United States market and developing our marketing plan. This will involve also overseeing a staff in the US.
